I. The Privilege of Serving God. 134:1-2
A. We Serve God in HOPE. We minister by Night, but day is coming! “Who minister by night”
1. “For the Christian, the time is NIGHT, but ETERNITY is DAY!”
2. “Here, the servants of the Lord were privileged people, priests and Levites;
but in this dispensation there are not such, for the whole Christian Church
is a kingdom of priests unto God.” Scrogie

4. (Romans 8:23-25) "Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently."
B. We Serve God with ENDURANCE. We do not lose heart during the night of service.
